Absolutely NO REFUNDS, all sales are final.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All bundles, lace and units are non refundable unless there is a mistake on our behalf.
Q: Wrong size wig cap, what do I do?
Hair Affair Boutique is NOT RESPONSIBLE for an improperly fitted wig before purchase, please be sure to properly measure your head. Average size 22-24"
